AIM Overseas is currently recruiting for a Student Experience Coordinator:

This is a rare opportunity to join Australia’s leading overseas study team. The role of the Student Experience Coordinator is to work in unison with the rest of the Student Experience Team to manage student enquiries and applications for AIM Overseas’ study programs. This involves close contact with applicants, particularly speaking with them by phone as part of students’ “Initial Consultation” with AIM Overseas and helping them to prepare for their experience.

It is a role that will reward someone who has a passion for overseas study and who wants to help students have this life changing experience. It is ideally suited to someone who is thorough, detail- and service-oriented.

You will learn extensively about Australian "outbound mobility" (the university-level overseas study "industry") directly from Australia's leading experts on overseas study. You'll learn how to work effectively in a professional environment, how to design and implement effective work processes, how to communicate effectively and how to consistently improve quality, not only in your own work, but in the experiences we create for students.

You'll also be part of a fantastic team that is caring, nurturing and driven to continuously improve. We are passionate about helping Australian university students have exceptional international study experiences.
