Impact of Coronavirus on AIM Overseas July 2020 Programs  (UPDATED APRIL 21st 2020)

In response to numerous universities banning students from participating on mid-year programs, AIM Overseas will no longer be processing or progressing applications for July 2020 programs.

Refunds for Students for July Programs

We will be fully refunding students (whose applications were still active as of March 9th 2020) any program fees and down payments less any credit card surcharges.

If you were planning on attending a Cambridge program, please see our most recent email correspondence to you.

Processing of Refunds

99% of refunds have now been processed.

Please note that these can take up to 5 business days to appear in your account.

Refunds have been made to the original source of payment. This might be your credit or debit card, or Paypal account.

If someone else paid the fees on your behalf, the refund will have been processed to their account/card.

Where we have not been able to process a refund (e.g. because of an expired card) we have emailed you.

All enquiries can be directed to

Transcripts from January 2020 Programs (and Earlier)

Any transcripts already received by the AIM Overseas team prior to March 6th have been posted to participants' home universities.

If you have not received yours directly, it may be with the Student Mobility Team/International Office of your university. Please note that many universities have their staff working from home so you may not be able to access these at this time.

We have recently received the physical hard copy transcripts for the program in Cusco. These are being sent out at as we receive students' details.

For programs where we have not yet received transcripts, there are significant delays with these due to the global lockdown. As soon as we have further information we will contact relevant students directly. We appreciate your patience given the unprecedent global situation.
